RANGINI RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Rangini, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality kurtis and exceptional service. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return or cancellation is necessary. Below is our policy regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations:

  1. Returns Policy

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

Condition of Item: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, you need to share the name and image of the product via email at [therangini@gmail.com] within 48 hours from the time you receive your product. Kindly provide your order number, the product details, and the reason for the return.

Once we approve your return request, please return the products in their original, unused condition, along with all the original packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us within 5 days from the day we approve your return request.  The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. We cannot process any refund or coupon code if the products are damaged or returned without the original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Once we receive your package, we will inform you within 24-48 hours about the receipt. Upon quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.

  1. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please follow the same process as for returns, ensuring you notify us within 5 days of receiving the product.

Please note, we do not offer exchanges for size or color preferences. If you wish to change your size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

  1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled under the following conditions:

Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge by contacting us within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hours of the order being placed.

After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. You will need to initiate a return once the product is delivered.

How to Cancel:

To cancel an order, please contact us at [therangini@gmail.com] with your order details and request for cancellation. If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded as per customer’s choice of receiving a refund-coupon-code or refund in your original payment mode. (5% deduction as Payment Gateway charges)

  1. Refunds for Cancellations

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to the original payment method. If the order was paid via credit/debit card, refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

  1. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item. In such cases, Rangini will bear the cost of return shipping.
